Being asked to become an organ donor right before getting our license is almost always a yes. Death is one of the farthest things from our mind and when we are asked this question we would rather live life knowing our organs could be used to save someoneââ¬â¢s life. The Civil Rights Era is often recognized during its height in the 1950s and 1960s, however the beginning of the Civil Rights Era could be argued to start from slavery to freedom. Once the slaves gained freedom, with the help of Northern whites, they were able to enjoy some of the rights that was once reserved for whites. These newly found rights are due to the Reconstruction Act of 1867, which demanded universal male, the ratification of the 14th amendment, and guaranteed the citizenship of all natural born persons in the United States of America (Franklin, 242). But there are few cons as well as the selection process does not always provides consistent results. There might be some applicants who might not opt for the test due to fear of exposure. And the results depends on the persons who are conducting the test thus if they are biased then the results might tilt towards personally preferred ones. Recommendations According to the CEO and the Chairman of Flextronics, the employees should be chosen with care, and complete attention should be given for their betterment. The employees should be selected for interviews, but after selection, they must concentrate on their self-development. The employees and the employers should spend ample time together so as to know the company as well as the person which in turn would help in better sharing of information.
